As you know, professionals charge for their services and we put valuable time into researching your trip and providing you with the best service. I am your personal travel advisor. Travel Research/ Planning involves a lot of quality time and work. This is based on personal experience and professional expertise. We take the time to research your requested destinations, cruises, resorts/hotels, guided tours, and activities to meet your travel needs. We contact various vendors and suppliers, price multiple options and draft itineraries before presenting you with our proposals. We then coordinate logistics, transportations and work relentlessly to satisfy your travel needs and requests. We also reach out to our contacts in your destination of choice in an effort to provide you the best and safe experience. We confirm/reconfirm travel arrangements and prepare documents before departure and we are available throughout your trip if problems should arise.

 After the initial chat/consultation and completing the Travel Information, you will be presented with some destination recommendations and one free complimentary proposal.  (research/planning fee will be access with any ADDITIONAL detail proposal). After selecting your travel plan, you will be presented with the fee options based on the complexity of your chosen trip.

*NOTE: Some trips don't require Planning fees and return/repeat clients DO NOT PAY ANY FEE. Repeat clients actually get Referral Bonus.

Definitely. You don’t have to be rich to go on your dream vacation or travel.

Payments depend on your destinations, terms of the suppliers, and vendors. Once you decide on installment payments, there is a required deposit (amount varies: $50 - up to 50% of the balance) depending on the complexity of your trip and vendor's terms (Most airfares are paid upfront).

After this initial deposit, you have 45 - 90 days to pay off the balance depending on the suppliers’ terms. Don’t worry we understand life is busy, we will send you reminders to help you stay on top and on time with your payments to avoid cancelation.

If you like the quote and wants to pay the total upfront and just focus on packing and getting ready for your trip, yes, we love that too.

*Check the terms of the payment, some deposit may be non-refundable and also  there may be a cancelation fee. (Most payments and cancelations depend on the terms of the suppliers/vendors).

Do you need to reschedule before the cancelation window? we got you covered  depending on suppliers price and other reservation availabilities.

Traveling involves spending money and if you are investing valuable money in your trip, I recommend protecting yourself and your investment by purchasing a travel insurance. Occasionally, emergencies and the unexpected happened. Having travel insurance provide you a piece of mind. When working and planning your trip with you,  I will provide you with a quote that will be tailored for your trip. You can select the option that best suit your travel needs.

United States citizens do not need visas to enter some countries, but SOME countries do need you to obtain visas and make sure your passport is valid past 6months.
